Well, I've put it off long enough.  For many years, I've owned this domain name and have never actually built a website on it.  I've used it to host a single page for the download of my Lightroom email export action (MapiMailer), but never really put any time into building a full site.

Another thing I'd put off was learning how to program Lightroom Plugins because it required me to learn another programming language called Lua, and a software development kit which provides access to the internals of Lightroom. 

I finally learned how to do it and wrote my first Plugin, which is a complete rewrite of MapiMailer.  As a plugin, I realized I could not just put it out there without a place for me to provide detailed help and instructions, and a place for people to post comments or problems for all to see.

And so this website is born.  I built what you see in three days using a free content management system called Joomla.  I am by no means a web developer.  So hopefully, using Joomla, and the ability to use lots of pre-built parts made this site look and work professionally. 

I expect this site will grow as I find new uses for it over the next few months.  Some personal, some to support any other things I may do for Lightroom.  But I had to get something up and running quickly before I could release my new plugin, so here it is.
